A Latina author is being honored for her work with bicultural and bilingual children's literature.
Acclaimed Peruvian-American author Dr. Monica Brown was invited to be a featured author at the prestigious 13th Annual Library of Congress National Book Festival, which will be held in Washington D.C. on September 21 and 22.

Mark your calendars Jenni Rivera fans! The regional Mexican singer's memoir, which she completed before her tragic death in December, will be released this July. According to the AP, the book titled, Unbreakable, will be printed in both English and Spanish by publishers, Simon & Schuster's Atria Books.
