According to BabyCenter en Español, those are just two of the most popular names Hispanic parents gave their babies in 2013. The site's findings are based on the names of more than 50,000 babies born in 2013 to parents from the United States and Latin America who registered on BabyCenter en Español.

“Heartbroken” sums up how Mexican American mom Jeanie Kastas felt when she discovered that her 10-year-old son, Jonathan, was being taunted at school.
“The kids were calling him names like ‘wetback’ and saying things like ‘go back to your country,’” she says. It devastated her to see her jovial little fifth grader turning into a sad, angry person. “I wanted to fix it,” says Kastas, whose son is not alone, considering that almost 28 percent of Hispanic students report being bullied, according to the National Center for Education.

Whoever invented the ‘babymoon’ is genius. I don’t care of some people think it’s just another made up excuse for a vacation. HA! Like I need an excuse for a vacation. It’s been 8 long months of pregnancy and a little treat for my husband and me is exactly what we needed.
First, we skipped the plane ride. That knocked off a couple hundred bucks and used the extra money towards a nicer place to stay. Granted, I live in Southern California so there are so many amazing vacation destinations for me to go in a 100-mile radius.
