Salma Hayek wowed everyone last night in an iconic look at the 2013 Oscars. Jo Strettel at The Magnet Agency created the look with her dress in mind.

Makeup artist Kayleen McAdams decided to go bright with Sofia Vergara's SAG Awards look. "I wanted to do something fresh and new on Sofia. Her white dress gave me a bare canvas for her face, and I was able to bring an element of color with a purple eye shadow. We have never done a bright color shadow for an award show so this was our first!”

Makeup artist Jo Baker was inspired by Naya Rivera’s sexy bombshell gown and retro-style waves by John Frieda stylist Clyde Haygood. Baker’s makeup look for Naya was a modern take on old Hollywood glamour that complemented Naya’s powerful dress with a soft, fresh, and feminine face.
Baker created Naya’s glowing complexion with Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk Foundation and YoungBlood Mineral Blush in Rouge.
