I’m 18 years old and I'm always being told by my sister that I'm fat, and I'm this and I'm that, and I’ll never find anybody. She's right because no one wants to date a fat and ugly woman. Sometimes I think that nobody cares. Help me, please.

I hope your sister is much older than you are. If she’s older, she deserves to be roped in and given a "Cuban Bikini Wax" (where each pelito is yanked with a rusty tweezer) while the meaning of sisterhood is explained to her very slowly. That, however, is wishful thinking.
But know this, your sister is absolutely wrong. Many women aren't thin and beautiful, and they also find love. The difference is that they love themselves as they are. What you need to do is stop being so down on yourself. Remember: If you don't love yourself, why should anyone else? If you’re concerned about your weight, watch what you eat and exercise regularly. And do it for yourself—not for others. Also, speak to your parents about your sister’s insensitive comments.
