I receive messages from women all of the time telling me they have a hard time losing weight in their problem areas. But I want all you mujeres out there to know: you don't have to get a nip/tuck or go “under the knife" to solve those problems. All you have to do is eat the right foods and REALLY exercise and you can achieve your goal! Just take the time to make the necessary changes.
Below are four steps that I have personally used to help reduce my problem areas. I hope that this can help you, too! Now get off the couch & let's get to work!
Step 1 – Burning Calories
You do understand that in order to lose weight, you have to burn more calories than you take in. In order to do this, you need to cut back on your food intake and exercise more.
Step 2 – Your Diet
I’m not a fan of the word “Diet," however, I try to eat more greens and low-fat foods. Most of you know that I am a Pescetarian and I don’t eat meat; however, if you do desire meat, choose lean protein such as chicken and turkey only. Fish is also a great source of food intake…and I don’t mean FRIED fish either!
Don’t forget to incorporate fruit, veggies and grains. And, if you aren’t accustomed to eating veggies, my recommendation is for you to take a shot of youthH2O, which is made up of organic Super foods that are healthy for you! It’s basically a salad in a bottle and helps with weight loss.
Step 3 – Don’t Just Sit Around
Are you a couch potato? Well, if you are, how do you expect to lose any weight? MOVE AROUND! Even if you exercise for 30 minutes per day, five times a week doing cardio that will help you burn fat!
Step 4 – LIFT IT!
Although cardio is great for burning calories, weightlifting is known for the same effect. Muscle burns more calories than fat and once you add muscle, it helps you burn fat and increases your metabolism.
Let me know how it goes!
It’s FUN to grow YOUNG!
