This is terrifying!

According to E!, authorities arrested a homeless man "near the vicinity" of Selena Gomez's California home on Friday -- just days after the same man admitted to trespassing on the star's property.

Police officers first arrested Che Cruz, 20, on March 30 after they found him hiding in Gomez's guesthouse. On Wednesday, April 2, a judge charged him with trespassing and sentenced him to 45 days in jail and three years of probation.

The judge also ordered Cruz to stay away from Gomez and her property. He served seven days in jail ahead of his court date, and was released on Friday.

Just eight hours after his release, authorities nabbed Cruz again near Gomez's house. The man is being held in leiu of $20,000 bail.

Deputies didn't say whether or not Gomez was at her home during the second arrest, although she was there on March 30 when he knocked on the door and, after being told to leave, holed up in her guesthouse until deputies arrived.
