Day of the Dead is right around the corner, which means your fiesta plans should be well under way! To help get the party started, we’ve got the best festive cocktail recipe for all your spooky needs.
The recipe below, called the Yum Kaax cocktail, is in our November issue of Latina Loves, and comes courtesy of Jorge Guzman of New York City’s The Black Ant.
2 oz. of Reposado Tequila
1 oz. homemade corn juice
.5 oz. lemon juice
.5 oz. of agave
Sal de Hormiga Rim (grasshopper salt mix)
2 Double strain.
3. Serve straight up, garnish with an epazote leaf (optional)
