Two years ago, Eva Longoria was involved in a car accident. A man by the name of Roman Gasparyan had claimed that the actress had crashed into him on Hollywood Blvd and was going to take it to court.

Eva denied ever being at fault. And according to new reports, the former Desperate Housewives star was able to avoid going to trial recently.

ET was able to obtain court documents that indicated the case was supposed to go to trial on August 15. By some miracle, both sides were actually able to reach an undisclosed settlement which was announced in L.A. Superior Courts on August 3.

What do you think really happened in Eva Longoria's car crash case?
