New reports suggest that Jake T. Austin was involved in a hit-and-run accident in the early morning hours of Nov. 19.

According to TMZ, a 2010 Audi registered to Austin, 18, hit three parked cars around 3 a.m. in Sherman Oaks, Calif. causing “major damage.” The site also reports that the part-Puerto Rican actor was arrested for DUI last month.

Witnesses told TMZ that after the driver hit the cars, someone in the ride threw a bottle of Ciroc vodka at a nearby property. While reports remain conflicts, other witnesses also testified to seeing the passengers call a black car service before police arrived.

The site is reporting that Austin’s lawyer called cops at 4 a.m. and told them Jake was the owner of the car. The lawyer did not disclose whether or not Austin was the driver, or if the actor had been drinking.
