Times have been tough for the Rivera family. Over two months after the tragic death of Jenni Rivera, her eldest son Michael Marin (born Trinidad Angelo Marin) was arrested in Miami, Florida yesterday.
On the same day that the late regional Mexican singer was being honored at Premio Lo Nuestro, Marin was detained for a minor act of vandalism and charged with criminal mischief.
According to E!, the police found him with a black permanent marker, a Wite-Out pen, and "graffiti stickers." The damage he allegedly caused was estimated to be worth between $200 and $1,000. The 22-year-old's bail was set at $1,000.
The Rivera family has not commented on the arrest as of yet.
