Lin-Manuel Miranda has never been shy about his love for wife Vanessa Nadal – or for anyone for that matter. Last year, he dedicated his Tony Award acceptance speech to the victims of the Orlando shooting, but kicked it off by discussing how much he loves his wife and how thankful he is for all that she's done.
Now, the "Hamilton" creator has gotten even more romanctic with some permanent ink in honor of Nadal. Miranda posted the big reveal on Twitter, writing, "In other news, I got a permanent parking spot for V over the weekend." The photo showed his left ring finger with a small, black "V" inked right where he wanted.
The couple wed in 2010 and had 2-year-old son Sebastian shortly thereafter. The couple was reportedly high school friends, but later took different paths in college. But after discovering that Nadal had "hip-hop and salsa" as interests on Facebook, he invited her to his upcoming Freestyle Love Supreme show – and the rest is history.
Though adorable, the rhyme god isn't the first to have gotten inked for love. Miranda's tattoo reveal has already garnered upwards of 1.5K retweets and 24K likes. Check it out below:
