Just call Mariah Carey the Queen of Shade.
The singer was out and about promoting her new skincare line Premier Dead Sea Cosmetics when a reporter hounded her about her ex-fiancé James Packer. Carey, at first, decided to take the high road and dode the incessant questions: "I was eating the food," she explained, when asked about a recent dinner with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, who reportedly has a close relationship with her billionaire ex. "They had some food there that was pretty good. I don't know. I was just there because I was invited to a dinner."
The question comes due to recent reports stating that the businessman is "wanted" for questioning by Israeli police for illegal gift giving. Thus, the reporter kept inquiring to Carey about Packer's whereabouts, to which she replied, "I don't know where the motherf--ker is! How am I supposed to know? I have no idea. I really have no idea about the political stuff. I don't pay attention to it."
The two have not had any known interaction since their engagement being called off in October of 2016. In early May, however, sources close to the singer claimed she wanted him back, despite since moving on to Bryan Tanaka. Carey and Tanaka had split in April, but later reunited during a romantic getaway in Napa, California.
