Oh, and the plot thickens...
Naya Rivera and Big Sean's split back in 2014 was ugly to say the least. Between the rapper claiming he was scared off by Rivera's violent jealousy, anger issues and possessive nature, to the former Glee star saying Big Sean had stolen from her (an accusation he said was completely untrue), things turned for the worse pretty quickly. The rapper even recorded a song about his ex called "I Don't F**k With You."
Now, via her memoir Sorry Not Sorry, Rivera is saying that there was more to their breakup than any of us knew.
In one passage, the Puerto Rican actress-turned-author writes that she actually walked in one day on her ex-fiancé and Ariana Grande. "We'd been fighting for five straight days while he was traveling, and then on the one day that he was back in L.A., he said he didn't want to see me. Well, a**hole, I've got a key to your house," she writes. "I walk in, go downstairs, and guess what little girl is sitting cross-legged on the couch listening to music?… It rhymes with ‘Smariana Schmande.'"
Rivera then goes on to explain that this was the moment she knew it was over between them two. "I learned that I was no longer getting married from the internet, and at the same time as the rest of the world… Not only were we no longer getting married, but apparently we weren't even together anymore."
Well, that would make anyone see red real quick, no?
Needless to say, Big Sean went on to date Grande for eight months, shortly after his split from Rivera. As for Ms. Naya, she eventually went off to marry her former sweetheart, Ryan Dorsey, and the two became parents to an adorable baby boy.
