7. Joaquín "El Chapo" Guzman was extradited to the United States and is now reportedly being held at The Metropolitan Correctional Center in New York. The prison is described as worse than Guantanamo Bay. Most of the inmates are held in solitary confinement. “It’s got extra security above and beyond what you would have in a restricted housing area.
