In Touch Weekly reports that Nicole Richie and Joel Madden may have tipped their hand as far as the sex of their second baby. 

A friend tell the gossip rag that "Joel bought water-based paint for the nursery and (surprise, surprise!) it’s blue," while another source also confirmed that the parents were expecting a boy. The source added that Nicole has been referring to the baby she is carrying, due in late August or early September, as "he." Nicole was even caught blue-handed on a recent shopping trip to FAO Schwartz—everything she ordered from the famous toy store just happened to be in the manly shade. 

Nicole and Joel already have an adorable 16-month-old daughter, Harlow Winter Kate Madden.
