In a recent interview with Extra TV, Kate Hudson shared an adorable story about her 6-year-old son Ryder. Apparently, while filming Rob Marshall's musical Nine, in which Hudson and Penelope Cruz costar (out in theatres Dec. 25), Ryder took a liking to the Spanish actress and would consistently  watch her in the hotel.

One day, Ryder turned to his mother and said, "I saw 'Peneleope' in the lobby today." Hudson shares with a chuckle, sighing about his mispronunciation of her name before saying, "He's so cute." She also points out that her son is no longer a baby, but a big boy, complete with being embarrassed when mami kisses him goodbye! Check out the interview below:
