Battle of the Exes: Jessica and Carrie Fight Over Tony

We know Tony Romo is a pretty good catch (hunky, athletic and Latin? sign us up!), but we had no idea the Dallas Cowboys quarterback had the power to cause all-out war between his ex-girlfriend Carrie Underwood, and his current flame Jessica Simpson.

What started off as a series of underhanded jabs between the two (after Carrie made claims that Tony still calls her) has escalated to a whole new level—with Carrie supposedly referring to Jessica as "fat".

Carrie "finds Jessica’s love of putting her life on display pretty desperate," a pal of the singer tells OK! Magazine. "She laughed at the People cover, because it’s the same one Jess did about John Mayer—same smile, same look, except she’s a little fatter.”

Carrie is also confident she has Jessica beat in the talent competition when their albums come out on the country charts together: "Carrie doesn’t think fans will spend money to watch Jess warble through a few badly written songs," says her friend.

While we love us a good old-fashioned cat fight, we think these blonde beauties need to retract their claws because all this mud-slinging is making them both look dirty. No man is worth fighting this hard for, right girls? Even if he is the star of the football team.
