Yass, Beyonce is stepping up relief the victims affected by the recent natural disasters in the U.S., Puerto Rico and Mexico.

The diva joined forces with Colombian reggaeton artist J Balvin and Mauritian-French DJ Willy William on a remix of the summer Latin hit "Mi Gente". In a social media post, Yoncé released a video with a preview of the track. “I am donating my proceeds from this song to hurricane relief charities for Puerto Rico, Mexico and the other affected Caribbean islands,” said the 36-year-old superstar on the post.
The 22-time Grammy Award-winner vocals on the track are in both English and Spanish. "Mi Gente" which translates to “my people,” show unity among both cultures. The mother-of-three even sings lines such as, “Lift up your people, From Texas, Puerto Rico, Dem islands to Mexico, ” and adds a little of her flavor saying "SLAY" at the end.
In less than an hour, views on the Instagram post reached millions, and fans were showering Queen Bee with love and respect. One fan said, " Queen of International relief, while another wrote, "YOU'RE AMAZING! I'm voting for you on 2020 for President, even if you don't become a candidate!". With the outpour of gratitude, both J Balvin and Beyonce have joined the list of celebrities donating to relief many.
