Bruno Mars Wants Hip Hop Artists to Perform for 2019 Super Bowl in Atlanta and We're Here For It

Although Justin Timberlake just performed at Super Bowl Half-Time Show, amid controversy, this past Sunday, Bruno Mars is already looking forward to next year's performance. After finding out that Super Bowl LIII will take place in Atlanta, the Grammy Award-winner tweeted his perfect line-up and pleaded his case for the event to celebrate the ATL's amazing hip-hop lineage.  The 'Finesse' singer suggested that the NFL invite artists like Outkast, T.I, Gucci Mane, Lil' Jon, Jermaine Dupri, and Jeezy "just to name a few." Although the Super Bowl usually features a rock or pop artist, many performers invite a hip-hop artist to perform along with them. Having a hip-hop artist take the main stage at a Super Bowl would be a first and the rest of Twitter was here for it.

Mars is no stranger to the Super Bowl stage. He performed alongside Beyonce and Coldplay during the 2016 half-time show, so he probably knows a thing or two about creating a successful Super Bowl performance.
