Christina Aguilera isn't one to shy away from talking about her curves.

The "Beautiful" singer previously opened up to Lucky about loving her body shape, but some of the comments that have been quoted online from her recent Billboard cover story interview have turned out to be false.

Billboard has also declared that certain quotes published online never ran in the story. Specifically a quote stating, "During the promotion of my album Stripped [in 2002], I got tired of being a skinny, white girl. I am Ecuadorian but people felt so safe passing me off as a skinny, blue-eyed white girl."

Christina confirmed with E! Online, "The comments are fake."

What the pop star, who is set to release her upcoming album Lotus in November, did say in the issue was that she's embracing who she is - no matter what.

"This album represents a celebration of the new me and to me the lotus has always represented this unbreakable flower that withstands any harsh weather conditions in its surroundings, that withstands time and remains beautiful and strong throughout the years," she said in the interview.

We are glad she straighten that out! What are your thoughts?
