You’ve come a really long way since your days on RBD; what do you want your fans to know about the place you’re in now professionally?

What I’d like to do is to learn, I have a very short career and my purpose is to keep on working on what I like and if I can still learn I think that’s the best thing to do.

What do you want people to know about Alfonso?

I want them to enjoy the show. I would love them to love the show because it was a team effort. The Exorcist exists because of Rupert’s work, Geena’s work, Ben’s work and everyone that was on set. I’m just one piece that was apart of this huge machinery and I just want them to enjoy and see the show.

What do you want fans to get out of the show?

The main purpose of this show is so they can be entertained so I hope if they’re horror fans they like it and continue to watch it.

Are you a horror movie buff?

I wasn’t but after working on this show I enjoy them.

What are some of your favorites that you saw?

Definitely The Conjuring, The Exorcist movie, Halloween, and so many more that I can’t think of but those are some of my favorite.

What other projects are you working on right now?

Right now, I just finished a film that was filmed in Spain and it’s called Chosen. It is going to be premiered in Spain in September and probably in Latin American at the end November. I also just finished the second season of Sense8 for Netflix.

Make sure to check out the series premiere on September 23 at 9 p.m. on Fox.
