In headline news today, the good folks over at MSNBC are reporting that Eva Longoria Parker and Teri Hatcher will share a kiss on an upcoming episode of Desperate Housewives. While ABC honchos aren't categorically confirming the news yet, a studio source tells "The Scoop" that “anything is kind of possible right now...I don’t think a kiss between Eva and Teri’s characters could be ruled out, especially if it keeps people interested in the show.”

The blogosphere has been so overwhelmed with the same-sex liplock, news of Nicollette Sheridan’s departure from Wisteria Lane has been overshadowed.

Come on, people; is it really that big-a-deal? With shows like For the Love of Ray J and Rock of Love Bus with Bret Michaels—both brought to you by our own evil genius/mad scientist, Cris Abrego—seeing two women get it on really isn’t so shocking.

Now, if ABC told us that they were donating the Housewives set to some of the needy Americans losing their homes, that would be breaking news.
