It’s less than a month away from the series finale of Selena Gomez’s Wizards of Waverly Place. The Emmy-winning Disney show, which helped catapult the part-Mexican teen singer/actress to superstardom, will end on January 6, 2012. When news first broke that season four would be the show’s last, Gomez spoke exclusively to Latina about it.
“That’s going to be the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do,” Gomez, then 18, told us. “It’s hard for me to say goodbye after a season. I cried when season three was over and people were like, ‘We’re going to be back, Selena.’ I am very sensitive.”
The way her career has been going, we’re sure she will be just fine! Wizards of Waverly Place also stars Jake T. Austin, who is of part-Puerto Rican, Argentinean, and Spanish descent. Check out a clip from Wizards of Waverly Place’s series finale below:
