Exclusive Sneak Peek: Carolina Herrera on Bella’s ‘Twilight: Breaking Dawn’ Wedding Gown

If for some reason you are not a Twilight fanatic yet, here’s another reason (besides the hot boys) to pay close attention to the latest installment of the vampy franchise, Breaking Dawn.

One of the most highly anticipated scene “Twi-hards” have been waiting for—besides the birthing scene—was the wedding of Bella and Edward. In the film, Bella Swan (Kristen Stewart) wears a custom-made $35,000 wedding dress designed by none other than the Queen of Fashion herself, Carolina Herrera. The long-sleeved crepe satin gown had 152 buttons adorning the sheer, Chantilly lace back and took four seamstresses six months to make! The wedding gown was perfectly classy and super romantic—in other words, nothing less than we would expect from the fashion icon.
