Cocktail of the Week: Conquistadora

The Conquistadora is named after every independent woman who’s glowing with beauty from the inside out. Unlike the usual Cosmos, Daiquiris, and Piña Coladas, the this cocktail is not for the tame. It’s powerful and is only meant for those who know what they want and are willing to go for it. Made by mixologist Lynnette Marrero, a Conquistadora is prepared with coffee-infused white rum that’ll quickly perk you up. The cocktail is also made with Zacapa Rum 23, known for its blend of spices like cinnamon and caramel, along with notes of cocoa and vanilla. Sherry—a Spanish wine savored only by the elite—and coconut liqueur is also included for an exotic, smooth finish. Be warned, the Conquistadora is not made for everyone, but believe us when we say the risk is definitely worth it!
