These red, white and blue drinks will get the party started in a big way. Cheers and happy fourth!
Red: Pomchi Smash
1-1/2 oz Ron Abuelo Añejo rum (or similar)
2 oz Cranberry Juice
1 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
10 fresh Raspberries
5 Mint Leaves
Dash Angostura Bitters
Muddle raspberry with the mint. Add the rest of the ingredients. Shake hard and strain into a highball glass and top with ginger ale. Garnish with raspberry and mint.

White: KAPPA Sour
2 oz KAPPA Pisco (or similar)
1 oz fresh lemon juice
1 oz simple syrup
1 egg white
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a small champagne flute. Top with three drops of Angostura bitters to create the shape of the Southern Cross.
Blue: Feeling Blue
1 1/2 oz of Van Gogh Blue Vodka (or similar)
1/2 oz Orange Liqueur
1/2 oz Blue Curacao
1 oz Orange Juice
2 Splashes of Sour Mix
Build all ingredients in a rocks glass with ice. Garnish with a wedge of orange.
1 1/2 oz. Van Gogh Cool Peach Vodka (or similar)
1 oz. Pomegranate juice
2 oz. Ginger Ale or Ginger Beer
Build all ingredients over ice into a rocks glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Lady Liberty Margarita
1 ounce Tequila Don Julio Blanco (or similar)
2 ounces fresh watermelon juice
3/4 ounce sour mix
1/2 ounce Grand Marnier
1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
5 ice cubes
1 Watermelon slice
Mix Tequila Don Julio Blanco, fresh watermelon juice, sour mix, Grand Marnier, fresh lime juice and ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake well.
Pour contents from shaker into an old-fashioned cocktail glass. Garnish with watermelon slice.
