1 ½ parts Maker's Mark Bourbon

1 part Pomegranate Juice

½ par lemon juice

Ginger Beer (chilled) to fill


1. Combine lemon juice, pomegranate juice and bourbon in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.

2. Shake vigorously for a minute then pour over ice in a Collins glass and top off with ginger beer; garnish with lime wheels (optional).

1.5oz Absolut

.5oz crème de cacao

1 oz. raspberry puree

1oz. room temperature espresso

1 ½ parts Milagro Silver

Romantic Raspberry Lemonade


1 Bottle Santa Margherita Prosecco Superiore

1/8 Cup Sugar

1/8 Cup Lemon Sugar

½  tablespoon Lemon Rind, Grated

1 Cup Mashed Raspberries


1. Combine sugar and juice in a small saucepan, bring to a boil.

2. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 minute, stirring until sugar dissolves

3. Remove from heat. Stir in lemon rind and ½ cup of mashed raspberries

4. Combine mixture and Santa Margherita Prosecco Superiore in pitcher

5. Sprinkle remaining raspberries among the glasses

1.5 oz Patrón Reposado

.75 oz Lemon Juice

.5 oz Cinnamon Syrup*

1 heaping barspoon of Pomegranate Seeds



1. Build in shaker, adding tequila, juice, syrup, seeds and then ice.

2. Shake vigorously and fine strain into a champagne flute.

3. Top with Prosecco and then drop a bar spoon of pomegranate seeds into drink.

4. Add 1 dash of angostura bitters to float on top.

2 oz. freshly squeezed pomegranate juice or POM Wonderful 100% Pomegranate Juice

1 oz. vodka

1 teaspoon St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur


1. Stir all the ingredients over ice to chill and strain into a pre-chilled cocktail glass.

2. Garnish with a food-grade rose petal or other edible flower if roses are not available.

2 oz Absolut vodka

1 slice jalapeno

1/3 of an orange zest

1 oz cranberry juice

3/4 oz simple syrup


1. Muddle jalapeno, add zest and liquids.

2. Add ice, shake and double strain.

3. Serve up in chilled martini glass with jalapeno slice garnish.

1 cup Clos du Bois Cabernet Sauvignon

1 cup orange juice, freshly squeezed

Juice of 1 whole lemon, freshly squeezed


1. Mix all ingredients together as a batch.

1 lime

8 oz. Woodbridge by Robert Mondavi Cabernet Sauvignon

2oz cold soda water

1 tsp powdered sugar

1 tsp fresh lemon juice

Cranberries or strawberries for garnish

1. Mix lemon juice and powdered sugar until dissolved.

2. Slowly mix in the Woodbridge by Robert Mondavi Cabernet Sauvignon.

3. Pour over ice into your favorite glassware and top off with soda water.
