Gunshots Fired Near J.Lo and Pitbull's Beach Video Shoot for "Live It Up"

Life isn’t always diamonds and dance parties for Jennifer Lopez and Pitbull. The Cuban rapper and Boricua pop star were escorted off the set of their music video shoot for “Live It Up” in Ft. Lauderdale Beach Park this weekend after three gunshots were heard nearby.

“Officers responded to the area in an attempt to investigate the incident; however, the individuals involved in the shooting fled prior to their arrival. At this time, there are no known witnesses, no reported injuries and no further information,” said Fort Lauderdale Police spokeswoman Detective DeAnna Greenlaw to The Daily News.

ET's Rob Marciano claims he was interviewing J.Lo when everything went down and tweeted, “BREAKING: Gunshots fired on Fort Lauderdale Beach DURING my JLo interview. No kidding. Security scrambled her away.” However, security officials told The Miami Herald that the “Dance Again” singer was “secured inside her vehicle” with her boyfriend Casper Smart when shots were fired.

Pitbull and J.Lo have not commented or posted on the incident.

We are glad no one was hurt!
