The Sexual Activity That Just Might Help Fight Alzheimer’s


Your ojos are not deceiving you! Neurological research suggests that having an orgasm is actually a better exercise for your brain than any Sudoku, crossword puzzle or other brain stimulating activity.

According to MSN Now, neuroscientist Professor Barry Komisaruk of Rutgers University has found that orgasms are a much more effective workout for the brain.

"Mental exercises increased brain activity but only in relatively localized regions," he said. "Orgasm activates the whole."

Komisaruk came to this conclusion after half a century of study of female arousal and experiments measuring the blood flow of women when they reached climax.
