George Zimmerman's case doesn't appear to be over just yet.

According to Fox News, Zimmerman's attorney Mark O'Mara says he plans to request that the state of Florida cover $200,000 to $300,000 of his client's legal expenses.

But is Florida required to do so? O'Mara told the Orlando Sentinel that since Zimmerman was acquitted, state law requires Florida to pay all his legal costs, minus the fee that goes to his lawyers.

On Monday, O'Mara said that a motion asking for payment authorization "is in the works."

Fox News reports that those expenses which would need to be paid by the state include: fees associated with expert witnesses, travel, depositions, photocopies and the 3-D video depicting Martin punching Zimmerman that defense attorneys presented during closing arguments.
