The lawyers for Summer Zervos have subpoenaed his campaign for all documents relating to her. Zervos claims the former television personality kissed her twice on the lips during a meeting in NYC, and on a separate occasion, she claims he kissed her aggressively and touched her breast.

The now President of the United States denied those claims and called her a liar stating, "To be clear, I never met her at a hotel or greeted her inappropriately a decade ago. That is not who I am as a person, and it is not how I've conducted my life. In fact, Ms. Zervos continued to contact me for help, emailing my office on April 14 of this year asking that I visit her restaurant in California."

The subpoena was issued in March of this year and is a part of her defamation lawsuit against Trump for denying the claims she presented. In the subpoena, they are also requesting for documents pertaining to other women who have also accused Trump of groping them, including Jessica Leeds, Mindy McGillivray, Rachel Crooks, to name a few.
