COVERGIRL Sofia Vergara may not have an Academy Award nomination (yet!) but she didn’t miss out on any of the fun last night. Sofia had flashbulbs working overtime at the 2014 Vanity Fair Oscar Party as she posed in a nude Roberto Cavalli gown. She thanked the renowned Italian fashion designer on social media saying, “Gracias Roberto Cavalli I feel sexyyyyyy!!!”

The Modern Family star spent a lot of time on her phone sharing images from the event including shots with Carolina Herrera, Irina Shayk, Lady Gaga, and co-star Jesse Tyler Ferguson.

As amazing as her gown looked, it was her makeup that really helped pull the entire look together. You can recreate it at home with some of the newest products from COVERGIRL. Want to duplicate the look at home? I’m going to break down the list of items used on Sofia, as well as the technique to make the application process extremely easy.

Skin:

truBLEND Liquid Foundation in Perfect Beige M-6

truMAGIC Sunkisser

truMAGIC Luminizer

Eyes:

Bombshell Intensity Liner in Chocolate Kiss

Bombshell Volume Mascara in Black

Bombshell Shine Shadow in Ooh La Lilac and Copper Fling

Lips:

Queen Collection Lip color in Mocha Locha

Step One: Face

Using a brush, sponge or your fingers, apply truBLEND Liquid Foundation starting from the inside of your face and moving outward. I recommend you start with a foundation brush or your fingers to start, then a sponge to blend all over, with a focus around the hairline and jawline for a more natural look.

Use truMAGIC Sunkisser and truMagic Luminizer to help contour and highlight your features. You can do this with your fingers or you can use a special blending brush for a flawless finish.

Step Two: Eyes

Start by applying the Bombshell Shine Shadow in Ooh La Lilac with your fingertips, blending upwards into creases. Repeat this step using Bombshell Shine Shadow in Copper Fling for a soft metallic glow.

Next, using Bombshell Intensity Line in Chocolate Kiss, draw a thin line along your upper lash line. For a cat eye, extend the line upward toward the end of your brown like a flick. Finish the look with the Bombshell Volume Mascara in black for 10x more noticeable lashes!

Step Three: Lips

Using a lip brush, apply Queen Collection Lip Color in Mocha Locha. Start by lining the shape of your lips, followed by coloring in them in for a perfect pout.

Depending on what outfit you plan to wear for a night out, you can use these same techniques using a variety of shades available from COVERGIRL.
