Classic dishes like eggs benedict get a Latin twist thanks to delicious sopes, black bean purée, and salsa verde. White, red and sparkling sangria pitchers complete the meal -- and make the white-on-white open-air space that much easier to enjoy. When asked about her favorite item on the menu, Chef Martinez draws attention to the chicken and waffles with maple-dijon sauce and bacon, which incorporates both her Mexican and southern roots.
