If you’ve been debating on trying a new hairstyle, then adding bangs is probably one of the easiest and trendiest ways to switch up your average ‘do for the new season. Check out how these Latina celebs wear their fringe before you make the cut.

When you have long, lash-grazing bangs like Nicole Richie, keeping them at the exact right length can be a major chore (those twice monthly trips to the salon for bang trims get old fast). We barely recognize half-Puerto Rican Victoria Justice with these brow-dusting bangs and formal retro updo at the Imagen Awards Gala in Beverly Hills. It was quite a sophisticated change for the teen star.
We’re torn on the look: As much as we love it when celebs change it up, we’re obsessed with Victoria’s long, gorgeous brown hair, and this style hides most of it.

Penelope Cruz seems to be working some beauty magic this week. Her now-you-see-them, now-you-don’t bangs have been reappearing and disappearing all week. In a recent chat with the Lancome ambassador, Penelope let slip that she was thinking about getting bangs again soon.

La La Vazquez experimented with thick bangs in the past, but this is the most dramatic fringe we’ve seen so far. The top layer of these heavy, extra-long bangs is lightened to a brown sugar shade, and slightly curled under. Lately, a few of our Latina stars have been rocking heavy, blunt bangs and we're sort of conflicted about this new trend.
Naya Rivera stepped out sporting some fierce fringe at Fox TV's TCA All-Star Party on January 11, while Ana de la Reguera looked bangin' at Covergirl Cosmetic's 50th Anniversary Party on January 5.
So, tell us:

Bangs are simply ubiquitous, and why not? They are flattering, versatile and easy to style. According to Suzi Jacobi, a super exclusive private hairdresser to the stars (for her clients' discretion, she won't give out names), "You don't have to be limited to any one style just because of your face shape. Bangs of all styles look good on anyone who can pull it off. If you can own it, you can wear them." She also says that bangs are great for long faces or to make long hair look styled. But there are a few points to keep in mind if you're about to commit to bangs.
