Vicky Cristina, who? Barcelona belongs to Shakira in the new video for “Loca,” the merengue-powered single from the Colombian singer’s upcoming album Sale el Sol (out October 19; Sony). Shot in the Catalonian capital, the “crazy” clip captures our favorite hip-shaker roller-skating by the beach, frolicking in a water fountain and taking to the streets on a motorcycle. “Barcelona is one of my favorite cities and has become a second home to me,” said Shakira.

Whatttt? Remember the crazy Spanish guy who brutally attacked a young Ecuadoran girl on the Barcelona subway for no apparent reason? Yeah, well, despite him punching her, grabbing her breast, and kicking her in the face (all while shouting racist comments at her), the guy went free until his trial! A Barcelona court decided Sergi Xavier Martin (the attacker) should keep away from both the victim and the subway system, but for now, he's on the loose, reports Colombian newspaper El Tempo.
