Miley Cyrus has once again managed to gain everybody's attention! According to USA Today, the 20-year-old singer was busy smoking a joint on stage as she accepted the award for Best Music Video at the 2013 MTV Europe Music Awards over the weekend. MTV later censored out Cyrus' marijuana moment when it aired the EMA's in the U.S. on Sunday night.
