Demi Lovato thinks America needs to take it easy on former Disney stars like herself, and especially, Miley Cyrus.

By age 44, she has already earned the title of Executive Vice President of Disney Media Sales and Marketing. Disney tried to trademark Dia de los Muertos. Yes, the Mexican holiday. We wish we were kidding, but the mass media corporation had actually placed a trademark request earlier this month to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
Disney’s reasoning? According to a story by Fox News Latino, the company sought to trademark “Dia de los Muertos” for merchandising purposes.
