We spoke with the amazing actress and activist, Rosario Dawson at the Boy Meets Girl by Stacey Igel Fashion Show during Style360 Fashion Week in New York. Rosario filled us in on the latest progress of her and Wilmer Valderrama’s non-profit Voto Latino, her impression of Wyclef Jean getting wild on stage, and her unexpected run in with the Undocubus at the DNC.

It is a dream come true for most fashionistas to be seated front and center at Lincoln Center for New York Fashion Week. What you may not realize is that the plaza right outside is a fashion show all its own. We were able to snap a few photos of some very well dressed Latinas right outside the tents. Which outfit are you loving?

After creating his ocean-inspired spring collection, Carmen Marc Valvo came to MAC makeup artist Romero Jennings knowing that a teal eye would be the perfect complement. Romero modernized the classic 60s shade by pairing it with a light gold-green metallic (the new MAC shade, called Dalliance, will be available this spring) and a neutral, brownish-pink lip color (the shade, called Super is part of a new Kissable Lip Color line also coming out in spring).
Watch Romero talk about the look while he preps a model for the runway:

Is this just a crazy, random coincidence, or was Narciso Rodriguez's Fall 2009 collection partially inspired by Café Tacuba? The Cuban American designer, who is a favorite of First Lady Michelle Obama, sent his models down the runway earlier this week in eye-slit headgear that bore a strong resemblance to the low-brimmed hat that's become a signature look for Rubén Albarrán, a member of the Mexican alt-rock band.
