The most important meal that I eat is after my workout! Your muscles are literally starving for nutrition post work out! So, the meal you eat after is very important for building muscle and replenishing your energy. And the meal you eat at this time is the most important for building muscle and replenishing energy sources.
Exercise depletes your amino acids, which are the building blocks of protein and it’s important to have chicken (I don’t eat meat, only fish), fish or eggs after a workout.

Word on the streets says that McDonald’s has a new menu item wrapped up – literally. According to Ad Age, the mega fast food chain is rolling out a product called the McWrap, which to us looks a lot like a burrito. The new snack is filled with chicken and cheese, wrapped tightly in a tortilla. Come on, Ronald McDonald… really?
