December 1st is World AIDS Awareness Day. Did you know that 1 in 4 new HIV/AIDS cases are women? And according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Latinas are 4 times more likely to have HIV/AIDS than non-Hispanic white women. These statistics are proof that we need to continue to educate one another about this epidemic. Here are 10 Latino celebrities who are bringing awareness to the AIDS crisis:

Carlos Santana has teamed up with Juanes to bring fans "La Flaca," the first single off his upcoming, highly anticipated Spanish-language album.
"La Flaca" is a cover from Jarabe de Palo's classic hit, and Juanes' killer voice and Santana's amazing guitar skills, make this one of the best covers yet.

Miley Cyrus has once again managed to gain everybody's attention! According to USA Today, the 20-year-old singer was busy smoking a joint on stage as she accepted the award for Best Music Video at the 2013 MTV Europe Music Awards over the weekend. MTV later censored out Cyrus' marijuana moment when it aired the EMA's in the U.S. on Sunday night.
