We introduced you to Joey Montana, one of Panama’s hottest and most buzzed-about singer/songwriters to emerge in the last years. His first solo album, Flow Con Clase, continues to churn out hit singles. Staying true to his persona of “pop-urban artist with a romantic essence,” the dimple-faced cutie has gifted Latina with our very own “Quinceañera” track! It sounds like it would be the perfect theme song for Quiero Mis Quinces, if you ask us.

Our homegirl Eva Longoria sat down with Access Hollywood's Kit Hoover to talk about the end of Desperate Housewives and her appearance on Latina's 15th anniversary cover! Longoria remembered the magazine fondly, noting that we were the first national magazine to ever feature her on our cover (back when she was still starring on The Young & the Restless).

We are so proud that we have made it to 15 years of Latina magazine and it's all because of our loyal readers like you! To celebrate this historic moment, we wanted to create a cover that was just as special, so we recruited 15 Latinas who have been making moves in the worlds of music, TV and film to be our cover stars—and we have to say we're really proud of the result.

A year ago, we sat down to begin thinking about who should be on the cover of this, our historic 15th anniversary issue.

Life in the United States changed forever on the morning of September 11, 2001, when Al-Qaeda terrorists crashed two jumbo jets into New York City’s World Trade Center, killing thousands. Another jet attacked the Pentagon, and a fourth came down in Pennsylvania. The trauma was greatest for those most immediately affected: survivors, family, friends and lovers. Ask them how they got through the past decade, and chances are they’ll say, “I don’t know,” or simply, “Love.”

With our iconic 15th anniversary cover garnering tons of buzz we thought you might want to know how to get the looks of the beautiful women featured on our cover! Sure, it took more than 100 red dresses and upwards of $10 million in jewelry to create this cover, but you can steal their style for way less—one accessory and dress at a time.
