—George Lopez may have moved his late-night talk show, Lopez Tonight from 11 p.m. to midnight, but the Mexican comedian is still as funny as ever. In last night’s premiere (after Conan), Lopez told a Latin-centric joke that made his audience split their sides: “60 years ago, a Latino and a redhead made TV history with I Love Lucy,” boasted George. “History repeats itself with Conan O’Brien and with George Lopez! Team Coco, say hello to team Loco!”

Mario Lopez has a new reality show about juggling his responsibilities as the host of Extra with becoming a new dad. The show is called Saved by the Baby (premiering tonight at 10:30 p.m. on VH1) and Lopez, who is best known for his role as wrestler A.C. Slater on Saved by the Bell, says he likes the title.

Five of ten finalists on FOX’s hit show So You Think You Can Dance were Latin, boricua Roberto Martinez won Ali’s heart on ABC’s The Bachelorette, J-Lo became the first Latina to judge American Idol, and season 21 of the CBS ratings giant, Survivor, was set in Nicaragua.
