"Motherhood is the greatest, something superhuman, the piece that's missing from the puzzle," says Spanish actress Paz Vega, who gave birth to her second child, Ava, on July 17. The adorable Ava joins big brother Orson, now 2, who was named after proud papi Orson Salazar.
Vega's love for her children is like "a bottomless well," she recently told Hola! magazine. "It doubles, it triples. It's inexhaustible and inexplicable."

Not many ladies could pull off this fairy-tale gown, but Kerry Washington and Paz Vega each chose to indulge her inner princess. Washington wore the silver Louis Vuitton dress, jeweled drop earrings and straight hair to the Palme d'Or Closing Ceremony during the Cannes Film Festival in May. Vega wore the runway version and retro waves to the Marie Claire Prix de la Mode 2008 awards in November. So what do you think?

It's been four years since Sevilla, Spain-born actress Paz Vega charmed us in Spanglish. Not that she's been on hiatus--the Sex and Lucía stunner has been filming several Spanish movies, taking English lessons and spending quality time with her son, Orson, and her Venezuelan husband, Orson Salazar. On December 25, Vega returns to the big screen in Frank Miller's graphic novel-inspired action flick The Spirit, co-starring Eva Mendes and Scarlett Johansson.
