WATCH: 'The Voice' Tributes Newtown Shooting Victims with "Hallelujah"

We now have a collective lump in our throats.

On Monday, The Voice delivered a deeply moving performance of “Hallelujah” in honor of the victims of last week’s horrendous Newtown school shooting.

Coaches Christina Aguilera, Adam Levine, Blake Shelton, and Cee Lo Green sang along with the talent show competition’s three finalists and social correspondent Christina Milian. The Voice’s host Carson Daly also performed.

Tucked inside each of the performer’s hands were postcards with the names of each victim and their ages. The most heartbreaking part of this is that most of these number are single-digits – children.

Aguilera’s postcard read: “Grace McDonnell, 7,” and Milian’s read: “Daniel Barden, 7.” Since it was uploaded this Monday, the video has since garnered almost 3.5 million views.
