Upgrade Your Moisturizer:
Now that the air is colder, drier or less humid, you need to tweak your routine to compensate, says Rouleau. Switching to thicker, heavier cream is key -- it’s not enough to simply increase the amount of moisturizer you’re applying.

Target Sun Spots:
Treating pigmentation is a top concern, as melanin production is stimulated not only by summer’s strong UV rays, but also by the heat. Rouleau advises clients to try an at-home peel that contains salicylic acid. It brightens skin and lightens marks by exfoliating and breaking down pigmented cells.

Wake Up Circulation:
Generally, Latina skin has yellow undertones, causing a sallow appearance. For a rosy glow, increase blood flow by using products with ingredients like peppermint, spearmint or rosemary. And at night, she recommends using your knuckles to massage moisturizer into skin, boosting circulation.
