Cameron Diaz has a new, very fashionable work gig. The 40-year-old actress of part-Cuban descent has been named artistic director at Pour La Victoire (PLV), according to the Huffington Post.
The high position within the contemporary footwear and accessories brand is the A-lister’s first real dive into the fashion world.
With Diaz's new title comes control over the brand’s handbag and shoe collections, as well as merchandising, marketing – and let’s not forget advertising for the brand. Sounds like the actress will have her hands in every pot.
In an exclusive interview with Women’s Wear Daily, Diaz said that her new title at PLV is “completely different” and that “being influential in a brand and in its [advertising’ campaigns interests me.”
