Lovatics rejoice! Demi Lovato is officially giving us a taste of her 2013 album by dropping her new up-tempo single, “Heart Attack,” before its scheduled release of March 4th. The pop song is all about taking a risk in the love department and not playing her new man “like a Ken doll.”
In her official trailer for the single, Demi revealed, “For a while, I could tell that when people would talk to me, they knew my story,” she added, “I think I’ve opened up more on this album. My life began to evolve and I started to grow. These are songs about the celebrations of life and how rewarding it can be. This is what this album is about.”
Some of her lyrics include: "You make me glow/ But I cover up/ Won't let it show/ So I'm putting my defenses up/ 'Cause I don't want to fall in love/ If I ever did that, I think I'd have a heart attack." We wonder if she’s talking about her rumored partner Wilmer Valderrama!
Although Demi hasn’t confirmed an official release date for the upcoming album, we are guessing it’s going to be off the hook judging by this single.
