Super producer Motiff has a new music studio in Los Angeles, and he is excited to share the magic of The MVRK Room with Latina.com readers. Motiff, the man behind major Latin music hits including Gente De Zona’s collaboration with Marc Anthony “La Gozadera,” sat down with BMI Vice President of Latin Music Delia Orjuela who got the inside scoop on his new digs.
“We started building and we didn’t stop until the room was done,” Motiff told Orjuela in our exclusive video. A lot of sleepless nights, 18-hour shifts at a time. The satisfaction of sitting here is indescribable.”
The Venezuelan born producer, songwriter and artist has big dreams for the space now that it’s up and running. And with a long list of colleagues that he’s collaborated with in the past including Gloria Estefan, Jennifer Lopez, Pitbull, Natalia Jiménez, Jencarlos Canela, Don Omar, and David Bisbal, there’s no doubt that many more chart toppers will be born in this very space.
“[My biggest dream is] for it to become a hub of what music is today,” he shared. “As Latinos, we have our voice and today, we are heard more than ever before. And being able to contribute to that cause is the goal for this room.”
