As the season changes and the temperature rises, we no longer crave the heavy dishes of the winter. Gone are the stews and soups and oh-so-carby dinners. Instead, we're running to the farmer's market and loading up on the bright and beautiful bounty of the season. With so many veggies at the peak of their ripeness (and deliciousness), salads are the best way to enjoy them.
