Grey’s Anatomy star, Sara Ramirez turns the big 3-5 on August 31st, but the Mexican actress isn’t complaining about getting older. “When I was younger, the thirties seemed so far away, and now it’s here and I’m on my way to 40,” says Ramirez. “But with what I know now, you couldn’t pay me to go back! The voluptuous Latina, heretofore best known for dancing on national television in pink underpants and getting royally dumped by Dr. George O'Malley on the hit show Grey's Anatomy, has jumped from No. 80 to No. 9 on AfterEllen.com's Hot 100 list—the biggest leap of any star this year. The Hot 100 list is compiled by votes of more than 100,000 gay and bisexual women around the world.
